This project was another high-quality extension and refurbishment of an existing tired dwelling by CHC. The works included the part demolition of the existing property and the construction of a new two-storey rear extension, cantilevered out above the ground. the whole of the existing property received a complete internal and external makeover including the formation of a new grand entrance and staircase, along with the formation of several new ensuite bathrooms.
